MERC MINDSET ACCOUNTABILITY TEAM

More Than a Brand. A Commitment.

The MERC Mindset Accountability Team is a community of individuals

who choose to represent something greater than apparel.

MERC stands for Make Every Rep Count—a mindset built on discipline, consistency, accountability, and the belief that every action you take

today shapes who you become tomorrow.
 

Our Accountability Team isn't built around follower counts or internet

fame. It's built around people who lead by example.

Whether you're an athlete pushing your limits, a coach developing

others, or someone inspiring your community through consistent action,

you have the opportunity to become part of the movement.
 

As a member of the MERC Mindset Accountability Team, you'll help

motivate others, represent the MERC philosophy, provide valuable

feedback on future products, and play a role in growing a community

centered around personal growth and accountability.

Two Ways to Represent MERC Mindset

Every Accountability Team member belongs to one of two primary divisions.

Mindset Athletes

Mindset Athletes are individuals who embody the MERC philosophy through athletic performance, training, competition, and personal discipline.

These members lead by example, showing others what consistency and hard work look like every day.

Examples include:

  • Personal Trainers

  • Strength Coaches

  • Powerlifters

  • Bodybuilders

  • CrossFit Athletes

  • Endurance Athletes

  • Martial Artists

  • Functional Fitness Athletes

  • Collegiate Athletes

  • Competitive Athletes

Mindset Athletes inspire others through their dedication to continuous improvement.

Mindset Reps

Mindset Reps represent MERC through leadership, community involvement, professional influence, and positive impact.

While many also train consistently, their greatest contribution comes from the communities they influence every day.

Examples include:

  • Coaches

  • Physical Therapists

  • Firefighters

  • Law Enforcement

  • Military & Veterans

  • Teachers

  • Business Owners

  • Healthcare Professionals

  • Community Leaders

  • Content Creators

  • Motivational Speakers

Mindset Reps help spread the MERC philosophy beyond the gym.

Accountability Team Levels

Every member begins earning their place within the Accountability Team.

Progression through each tier is based on consistency, professionalism, community engagement, and commitment to the MERC philosophy—not simply social media followers.

Tier 1

Building the Foundation

Tier 1 members are officially welcomed into the Accountability Team.

This level is designed for individuals beginning their journey as representatives of the MERC Mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Wear MERC apparel during training, work, or events

  • Maintain a positive and professional image

  • Share authentic content

  • Tag MERC when appropriate

  • Provide product feedback

  • Encourage others to Make Every Rep Count

Benefits

Tier 2

Proven Consistency

Tier 2 recognizes members who consistently represent MERC with professionalism and actively contribute to growing the community.

These individuals have demonstrated reliability and a genuine commitment to the mission.

Additional Expectations

  • Consistent content creation

  • Community engagement

  • Active participation in campaigns

  • Assist in mentoring newer members

  • Help promote launches and events

Additional Benefits

Everything included in Tier 1, plus:

  • Expanded apparel package

Tier 3

Leaders of the Movement

Tier 3 members represent the highest level of the MERC Mindset Accountability Team.

These individuals consistently demonstrate discipline, leadership, professionalism, and authenticity while helping shape the future of the MERC brand.

Tier 3 members become trusted partners in the growth of MERC Mindset.

  • Leadership within the Accountability Team

  • Assist with recruiting exceptional candidates

  • Participate in major campaigns

  • Represent MERC at events when possible

  • Help shape future products and initiatives
